Figure 03 en <strong>log&#237;stica</strong>, ordenando piezas que llegan mezcladas en grandes contenedores y coloc&#225;ndolas en carros de secuenciaci&#243;n para llevarlas despu&#233;s a la l&#237;nea de montaje.</p></li><li><p>La versi&#243;n anterior, <strong>Figure 02</strong>, ya trabaj&#243; en la planta de Spartanburg y ayud&#243; en la producci&#243;n de <strong>m&#225;s de 30.000 BMW X3</strong> durante diez meses, insertando piezas met&#225;licas para procesos de soldadura.</p></li><li><p>Figure 03 llega con mejoras importantes: <strong>manos con sensores t&#225;ctiles</strong>, c&#225;maras en las palmas, carga inal&#225;mbrica, componentes blandos para mayor seguridad y comunicaci&#243;n por voz.</p></li><li><p>BMW enmarca este proyecto dentro de la llamada <strong>Physical AI</strong>, una combinaci&#243;n de inteligencia artificial con robots y m&#225;quinas reales dentro de procesos industriales.</p></li><li><p>La compa&#241;&#237;a insiste en que estos humanoides no buscan sustituir directamente a los trabajadores, sino asumir tareas <strong>mon&#243;tonas, f&#237;sicamente exigentes o cr&#237;ticas para la seguridad</strong>.</p></li></ul><div class="callout-block" data-callout="true"><p><strong>Qu&#233; significa esto:</strong></p><p>Los robots humanoides empiezan a salir de las demos espectaculares para entrar en trabajos industriales concretos, repetitivos y medibles. Si funcionan bien en f&#225;bricas como la de BMW, podr&#237;an cambiar c&#243;mo se organizan las cadenas de producci&#243;n y reducir algunas tareas pesadas para los sienten</h2><blockquote><p>En esta secci&#243;n explicamos de forma sencilla un concepto rob&#243;tico que aparece en la edici&#243;n de hoy.</p></blockquote><p><strong>Concepto de hoy: manos rob&#243;ticas con sensores t&#225;ctiles y c&#225;maras</strong></p><p>Una de las mejoras m&#225;s interesantes del humanoide <strong>Figure 03</strong>, que BMW va a probar en su planta de Spartanburg, est&#225; en sus manos: incorpora <strong>sensores t&#225;ctiles</strong> y <strong>c&#225;maras en las palmas</strong> para manipular piezas con m&#225;s precisi&#243;n.</p><p>Esto puede parecer un detalle menor, pero es clave. Para un robot, coger una pieza no es tan f&#225;cil como para una persona. Tiene que saber d&#243;nde est&#225; el objeto, c&#243;mo est&#225; colocado, cu&#225;nta fuerza aplicar, si se est&#225; resbalando y si lo ha agarrado bien antes de moverlo.</p><p>Por eso las manos rob&#243;ticas est&#225;n empezando a parecerse m&#225;s a una combinaci&#243;n de <strong>mano, ojo y sistema nervioso</strong>. No solo ejecutan una orden, sino que recogen informaci&#243;n mientras trabajan: presi&#243;n, posici&#243;n, contacto y visi&#243;n cercana del objeto.</p><p>En una f&#225;brica, esto puede marcar la diferencia entre un robot que solo sirve para una tarea muy repetitiva y otro que puede adaptarse a piezas distintas, contenedores mezclados o situaciones menos ordenadas. Es justo el tipo de reto que BMW quiere probar con Figure 03 en tareas de log&#237;stica.</p><p>La idea clave es que el futuro de los humanoides no depende solo de que caminen bien o parezcan personas. Muchas veces, lo realmente importante estar&#225; en algo mucho m&#225;s peque&#241;o: <strong>unas manos capaces de tocar, mirar y corregir sus movimientos en tiempo real</strong>.</p><div Un modelo de lenguaje puede entrenarse con textos, im&#225;genes y v&#237;deos de Internet, pero un robot necesita entender algo mucho m&#225;s dif&#237;cil: <strong>qu&#233; pasa cuando toca, empuja, agarra, suelta o mueve un objeto real</strong>.</p><p>Por eso empresas como <strong>XDOF</strong> est&#225;n intentando recopilar enormes cantidades de datos f&#237;sicos: trayectorias de brazos rob&#243;ticos, demostraciones humanas, teleoperaci&#243;n, simulaciones y evaluaciones en tareas reales. <strong>73,7 millones de euros</strong>, para escalar sus robots industriales con IA capaces de cambiar de configuraci&#243;n y trabajar en f&#225;bricas, almacenes y centros log&#237;sticos sin depender de una programaci&#243;n r&#237;gida.</p></blockquote><p><strong>Los detalles:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Theker no est&#225; construyendo el t&#237;pico robot humanoide &#8220;para hacerlo todo&#8221;, sino robots <strong>modulares y reconfigurables</strong>: pueden cambiar manos, brazos o herramientas seg&#250;n la tarea, por ejemplo coger ropa, mover paquetes, separar productos defectuosos o manipular objetos con formas irregulares.</p></li><li><p>La clave est&#225; en que sus robots usan <strong>c&#225;maras, sensores e IA</strong> para entender lo que tienen delante y actuar en tiempo real. Por ejemplo: si detectan una caja abierta, pueden cerrarla; si ven un paquete roto, pueden apartarlo; si una prenda llega mal colocada, pueden reaccionar sin repetir siempre el mismo movimiento.</p></li><li><p>La ronda ha sido liderada por <strong>CRV</strong> y cuenta con inversores muy potentes como <strong>Samsung, LVMH, Cathay Innovation, Henkel Ventures, Inditex, Kibo Ventures y Kfund</strong>, entre otros. Seg&#250;n Theker, es la mayor Serie A de rob&#243;tica levantada hasta ahora por una empresa europea.</p></li><li><p><strong>Inditex</strong>, matriz de Zara, ya es cliente e inversor, algo muy relevante porque el textil es uno de los sectores m&#225;s dif&#237;ciles de automatizar: la ropa se dobla, se arruga, cambia de forma y no siempre llega igual al robot.</p></li><li><p>Su modelo tambi&#233;n es distinto al cl&#225;sico: Theker habla de <strong>robots como servicio</strong>, una especie de suscripci&#243;n donde la empresa paga por la tarea que necesita automatizar, no necesariamente por comprar la m&#225;quina completa.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qu&#233; significa esto:</strong></p><p>Theker quiere demostrar que el futuro de la rob&#243;tica industrial no tiene por qu&#233; ser un robot humanoide caro intentando imitar a una persona, sino m&#225;quinas m&#225;s pr&#225;cticas, adaptables y especializadas en resolver problemas reales de almacenes y f&#225;bricas. detalles:</strong></p><ul><li><p>El U1 es un robot humanoide de tama&#241;o real pensado como <strong>robot de compa&#241;&#237;a</strong>, no como robot industrial: est&#225; dise&#241;ado para parecerse a una persona, moverse de forma m&#225;s natural y generar interacci&#243;n emocional con el usuario.</p></li><li><p>Se vende en versi&#243;n <strong>masculina y femenina</strong>: el modelo masculino mide <strong>1,83 metros</strong> y pesa <strong>42 kg</strong>, mientras que el femenino mide <strong>1,68 metros</strong> y pesa <strong>35,2 kg</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Para reservarlo hay que pagar <strong>3.000 yuanes</strong>, que son unos <strong>383 euros</strong>. El precio final todav&#237;a no se ha anunciado y UBTech espera revelarlo el <strong>30 de junio</strong>.</p></li><li><p><strong>&#191;Qu&#233; hace exactamente? </strong>Seg&#250;n la informaci&#243;n publicada, el robot puede <strong>parpadear, girar la cabeza, moverse con 88 grados de libertad</strong>, conectarse por Wi-Fi y funcionar entre <strong>2 y 4 horas</strong> por carga. En el v&#237;deo oficial, el modelo masculino aparece con traje y gafas, y el femenino puede llevar maquillaje.</p></li><li><p>UBTech habla de un modelo de IA &#8220;emocional&#8221; con memoria integrada, lo que apunta a un robot capaz de <strong>recordar preferencias, adaptarse al usuario y personalizar la interacci&#243;n</strong>. hoy.</p></blockquote><p><strong>Concepto de hoy:</strong> robot modular</p><p>Un <strong>robot modular</strong> es un robot que puede cambiar partes de su cuerpo o herramientas para adaptarse a distintas tareas. En vez de tener una &#250;nica forma fija, puede usar diferentes <strong>manos, brazos, pinzas o accesorios</strong> seg&#250;n lo que tenga que hacer.</p><p>Por ejemplo, en el caso de <strong>Theker</strong>, la idea es que un mismo robot pueda trabajar en un almac&#233;n o f&#225;brica y reconfigurarse seg&#250;n la necesidad: mover paquetes, manipular ropa, separar productos o adaptarse a objetos con formas distintas.</p><p>La clave es que estos robots no est&#225;n pensados para parecer humanos, sino para ser <strong>&#250;tiles, flexibles y f&#225;ciles de adaptar</strong> a trabajos reales.
